It's the Tattie Holiday's!
I work in a primary school so always welcome any school holiday's. It gives me a chance to spend time with the kids and catch up things around the house.
So far we have had a trip to Glasgow to visit a possible uni for the eldest son, an overnight in Blair Atholl where the youngest stayed on with his Granny and Granda for a few days and played LOTS of golf! An overnight in Nairn with a golf trip for the boys and a shopping trip for mum and I, along with a couple of trips to Inverness.
I have redecorated the upstairs bathroom and Mr Price has spent many hours working away in the studio plastering. ( I even did some ironing!!)
Tonight I am getting a wee bit of me time by going out with a good friend for some fun at the local theatre. We are going to see 'The Full Monty' the stage show! It's bound to be a laugh!
A busy but fun week so far.
Art wise I have made a couple of pictures and sold a couple too, so all is good on that front!
I hope everyone in the highlands is having some fun this Tattie Holiday and am thankful that we no longer have to go out and collect the tatties from behind the tractor. With our busy life's i'm not sure we could fit that in these day's!
